Naam’s journey to creating Remedi Nail Care began with her work as a mobile nail technician, a role she’s passionately held for nearly a decade. Over the years, Naam worked with clients of all ages, but it was her senior clients who left a lasting impression. She noticed their needs went far beyond what standard nail salons could offer.
Seniors’ delicate skin and nails often require specialised care, particularly for those with health conditions like diabetes. Naam realised that traditional tools and techniques weren’t enough to ensure their safety and comfort. But it wasn’t just about the physical challenges—Naam also saw how much her senior clients valued the time they spent with her. For them, nail care was more than grooming; it was a moment of connection, dignity, and joy in a life that often lacked opportunities for self-care.
This insight sparked Naam’s mission. She saw a gap in aged care services—a need for thoughtful, personalised nail care designed specifically for seniors.
